We want you to love your new plush companion; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure every Official Aurora World soft toy brings joy to your home.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the plush items you wish to send back.

  Place the soft toy in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
