Yes, safety is our top priority. All our soft toys are manufactured to meet or exceed international safety standards, including EN71 and ASTM, making them suitable for infants and children unless otherwise specified on the product label.
How should I clean my Aurora World soft toy?
Most of our plush items are surface washable. We recommend using a damp cloth and mild soap to gently spot clean the fur. Allow the toy to air dry naturally and then lightly brush the plush to restore its original fluffiness.
What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new friend. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
